Rapido Motorhome awards 2016 / 650FF

The Rapido 650FF has been named Fixed Double Bed Motorhome of the Year 2016 by MMM, the UK's best-selling motorhome magazine, and Which Motorhome, the UK's number one magazine for motorhome testing, at their prestigious 2016 awards.

Expert and experienced judges from MMM and Which Motorhome magazines looked at all the models new to the UK market or that have undergone significant design specification upgrades. To select a winner, the judges considered the functionality of the layout, the build quality and overall usability, as well as how the motorhome performs on the road and on the campsite, right through to whether it offers value for money.

The judges felt that the RAPIDO 650FF deserved to win the Fixed Double Bed Motorhome of the Year category because it is just over six and a half metres long, but still has an island bed, super washroom facilities and cosy lounge. Uniquely in its class, it has five berths and five face-forward, belted travel seats, too. It's the corner island bed design that helps it work, with a shower and loo alongside and a neat vanity basin in the bedroom.
